These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings, and we encourage people of every ability to take part; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.

It is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate.
We meet every Saturday at 8:00am at Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, 420 Mona Vale Road, St Ives, NSW 2075.
Register before your first visit, then bring a scannable copy of your barcode so you can be timed.
