The main climbing area at SICG Villawood is over 15 metres high and features two towers with a variety of lead climbing routes on steep faces, aretes, roofs, and corners. Surrounding walls offer top ropes, including an international standard speed wall, ensuring climbers of all levels and abilities can find routes suited to their skill level. Additionally, the gym boasts a dedicated kids climbing area complete with birthday party rooms and five caves that kids love.
Climbing routes at SICG Villawood range in difficulty from very easy for beginners to challenging routes for elite and competition climbers. With fresh routes added every week, there's always something new to challenge climbers of all levels. The gym offers 250 routes, including 70 lead routes, and a bouldering area spanning 100m2 with 50 boulder problems. The walls range from 6 to 16 metres high, and some routes are as long as 25 metres.
