All our trainers including our head coach, Hanny Itaoui, are all experienced and certified Fitness Trainers with industry related tertiary qualifications as well as being CrossFit affiliated.

We have helped elite athletes reach their goals with tailor-made training programmes to improve skills in their chosen sports – now, we want to help you! Our trainers have all studied the scientific evidence and know what works. At CrossFit Bawn we get results by motivating and inspiring you to work hard, while having fun.
