Stuart is a constant student of life. He emphasises that yoga is not just something we do. As beautiful as the asana practise (physical postures) can be, they are but a little piece of such an incredible puzzle. Over time and through continual practise, we come to know the beautiful state of yoga.
Being yoga and shining from your true nature, rather than just doing yoga, is what Stuart is drawn to as a student. This is the main message of his teachings.
