Sports Tots also offers a performing arts programme, giving children the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of dancing. We offer four styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and rhythmic. These styles all stem from the same basic dance foundational structures and benefit children in many physical and emotional ways, supporting their well-balanced development.

We believe that partnering with local and international schools can help us achieve greater results. Sports Tots offers different partnership plans, including Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels. By collaborating with schools, we can expand our reach and impact more children's lives by integrating our active movement programmes into their curriculum.

Sports Tots is designed by industry specialists, including early childhood teachers, paediatric physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dance professionals, and fitness experts. Our team has created innovative, active movement programmes that can be seamlessly integrated into early childhood centres. We understand that each child progresses at their own pace, but all children require opportunities to increase their gross motor, fine motor, social, emotional, and cognitive developmental functions through age-appropriate and well-structured movement-based programmes.
