Our Pilates/Barre workouts all fuse together functional movement with endurance, cardiovascular training and mobility work to ensure you leave feeling revitalised and strong. Our yoga classes perfectly compliment our more dynamic classes with deep Yin stretches and flow styles to calm the body and mind.   We cater to all fitness levels, progressions are offered to those who are ready for more to ensure that no matter what fitness level you're at, you'll definitely work up a sweat and be challenged at The Loft!
