Welcome to Tribe Social Fitness, located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. Tribe Social Fitness is not your average gym. We are a team of highly experienced trainers who are passionate about helping you achieve and exceed your fitness goals.

At Tribe Social Fitness, we strive to make the transition into a fitness centre more comfortable and less daunting. We hate the word 'gym' and aim to create an environment where exercise meets the familiar camaraderie of the old TV sitcom 'Cheers' – where everyone knows your name.

We offer a range of services to cater to your individual needs. Whether you prefer one-on-one personal training, small group training, or unlimited classes, we have the options to suit you. Additionally, we provide reformer pilates classes in our world-class space. Whatever your fitness level, our experienced trainers will guide and motivate you to achieve your best.

Located at 94 Taren Point Road, Taren Point, NSW 2229, Tribe Social Fitness is easily accessible. We kindly request that you avoid parking on Woodlands Rd before 7:15 am Monday to Saturday, as per Sutherland Shire Council requirements.

Our opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday: 5 am – 7:30 pm, Friday: 5 am – 6 pm, Saturday: 6 am – 12 pm, Sunday: 7 am – 10 am. Our goal is to accommodate your schedule and provide flexible fitness options.
