Southern Fitness & Martial Arts Centres are located at Bombaderry and Ulladulla and are the largest and best-equipped training centres on the NSW South Coast.

We offer a range of classes including CrossFit Fitness Kickboxing, Kickboxing & Mauy Thai, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Junior Kick Defence, Little Ninjas, Mini Ninjas, MMA, Stand up Ju-Jitsu & Weapons, Kettle Bells as well as Personal Training.

We also offer specialised Self Defence services individually, small groups, women only, or general anti bullying solutions particularly for children.
