Shindo Mixed Martial Arts is a highly effective fighting art that teaches students to be capable in all ranges of combat. Our gym on the Sunshine Coast is an extension of the highly successful Shindo New Breed gym on the Gold Coast, which was established in 1994. As a result, our instructors and students share a close affiliation, providing a supportive and experienced community.

We provide private classes for Women's MMA, ensuring personal instruction and customised sessions that cater to each student's needs and aspirations. These classes offer the same highly effective skills taught in regular classes but with the added benefit of one-on-one instruction.
