SXL Gymnastics, located in Chatswood, Sydney, NSW, is a sports club that offers a wide range of gymnastics programmes for children of all ages. SXL Gymnastics offers a variety of classes to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Their pre-school gymnastics classes are designed for children aged 3. 5–5 years, focusing on the development of fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun and engaging gymnastics setting.
For primary school children, SXL Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes. These classes are tailored to three different peer age groups and focus on learning foundational gymnastics skills, building friendships, and boosting confidence.
In addition to women's artistic and acrobatic gymnastics, SXL Gymnastics also offers training in other disciplines, such as ninjanastics and parkour.
