SXL Gymnastics

SXL Gymnastics, located in Chatswood, Sydney, NSW, is a sports club that offers a wide range of gymnastics programmes for children of all ages. SXL Gymnastics offers a variety of classes to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Their pre-school gymnastics classes are designed for children aged 3. 5–5 years, focusing on the development of fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun and engaging gymnastics setting.

For primary school children, SXL Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes. These classes are tailored to three different peer age groups and focus on learning foundational gymnastics skills, building friendships, and boosting confidence.

In addition to women's artistic and acrobatic gymnastics, SXL Gymnastics also offers training in other disciplines, such as ninjanastics and parkour. These disciplines incorporate speed, agility, coordination, and creativity, making them perfect for those looking for a unique and exciting gymnastics experience.

Operating hours at SXL Gymnastics are from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The club also offers holiday camps and dance programmes, ensuring a well-rounded and diverse experience for its members.
