Meet Nick Cheadle, a renowned fitness expert known for his expertise in strength and powerlifting. You can also train with Bec Chambers, a knowledgeable coach who specialises in various training techniques.
Paragon Strength & Performance boasts state-of-the-art facilities designed specifically for strength, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Our gym is home to 18 competition-spec powerlifting barbells, including well-regarded brands such as Eleiko and Rogue. Train with confidence using our 6 complete sets of calibrated powerlifting plates, ensuring your success on the platform.
We pride ourselves on having 5 competition-spec combo racks, offering more squatting and benching space than any other powerlifting facility in Australia. Additionally, we provide access to a range of accessory equipment, including cable crossovers, leg presses, lat pull downs, seated cable rows, and dumbbells up to 50 kg. Our gym is fully accessible, complete with wheelchair-accessible change rooms, bathrooms, and showers.
