At GSY, we offer a wide range of classes, workshops, courses, trainings, and retreats to cater to everyone's needs and interests. Our classes focus on developing the physical practise of asana, as well as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and other aspects of yoga. With over 40 classes held each week at our Fitzroy studio, there are plenty of opportunities for you to find the perfect class for you.

In addition to yoga, GSY also provides holistic health and wellness services through our Healing Centre. Our dedicated practitioners offer a range of services that promote overall wellbeing and healing. From massage therapy to energy healing, acupuncture, and more, we have everything you need to support your journey towards optimal health.

The atmosphere at GSY is warm and welcoming, and our beautiful studio space is filled with plants and natural light, creating a serene and peaceful environment for your practise. After class, you can enjoy a complimentary herbal tea as you connect with fellow yogis and foster a sense of community.

Don't worry if you can't make it to our studio in person, as we also offer GSY Online. With over 100 on-demand yoga classes available, you can access your practise anytime, anywhere. We also have 20 live-stream classes each week, allowing you to practise with us from the comfort of your own home.
