The studio is maintained at 30 degrees by Far Infrared (FIR) heaters for optimal therapeutic benefits which purify body and mind.
This safe gently heated environment leaves the air natural with constant oxygen levels.
Practising yoga asana with FIR increases flexibility and mobility of the body. The FIR revitalises the cells and tissues, increases blood circulation which helps rid the body of toxins. The heat promotes perspiration to flush toxins from the body.
You will be well cared for in the Power Vinyasa A classes.
Power Vinyasa A classes are ideal for beginners and practised yogis who desire an informative class focusing on mastering form, breath and building confidence.
Level A classes are a powerful, learning experience in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works and what it can do.
The teacher will focus on a strong foundation giving you time and support to intellectually understand the yoga postures and breathing techniques. You will be taught knowledge of alignment and how to modify postures to suit your needs and ensure a safe and healthy practise.
These classes are dynamic, challenging and energising with an emphasis on strengthening. In every class expect to learn and do something new!
Level B classes will follow a more flowing and demanding sequence exploring deeper postures, inversions, and balances. These dynamic classes are designed to expand on strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Level B classes continue to emphasise fundamentals of yoga while presenting poses and sequences in a more challenging way. Students will be offered new and exciting challenges.
Level B classes are suited to intermediate and advanced students. Newer students are welcome but encouraged to work safely and be a spectator when required. It is desirable that new students attend a few Level A classes before progressing to Level B.
This dynamic yoga class promotes strength, flexibility, and mobility of the spine and joints. This class is a complete integrated system of physical exercises (asanas) which promote a state of mental and physical wellbeing. This series moves the spine in various ways and promotes flexibility in the limbs. The asanas have an extraordinary capacity to overhaul, rejuvenate and bring the whole system into a state of balance.
The asanas emphasise deep breathing, relaxed movement and mental connexion. While this class is a great place for beginners to initiate their yoga practise, it offers the seasoned yogi continued growth.
New students welcome, though previous participation in Power A & B classes is recommended.
Every class has students with diverse levels of experience.
You are welcome as you are – brand new to yoga or with years of practise.
Each experience will be new and there will always be someone you can follow. Although all our classes will be physically challenging students will find the yoga room to be truly non-judgemental.
