I am currently working full time as a yoga therapist and teacher in various locations across Brisbane. My goal is to combine my yoga teaching with my experience in mental health to provide a healing space accessible to all those who need it. My yoga style is to focus on the breath, and to support people to be present and safe in their own bodies and lives. Recognising your own potential in your own life is the key.
