Elizabeth provides a wide range of classes from beginners to advanced in a tranquil bushland setting. With over 25 year's of yoga teaching (IYTA, RN, Ass. Member SYTA and Satyananda courses) she has yoga, relaxation, and meditation classes for children, teenagers, Mums 'n Bubs, adults, and seniors. Everyone is welcome!

As well as a range of classes aimed at different levels, there is an advanced “yogi” class designed to challenge and strengthen your practise. Elizabeth also provides individual classes and one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions.
