Welcome to Elizabeth Godleman's Yoga web site. Come and join a community of people doing yoga, relaxation and meditation in Springwood, in the Blue Mountains.
Elizabeth provides a wide range of classes from beginners to advanced in a tranquil bushland setting. With over 25 year's of yoga teaching (IYTA, RN, Ass. Member SYTA and Satyananda courses) she has yoga, relaxation, and meditation classes for children, teenagers, Mums 'n Bubs, adults, and seniors. Everyone is welcome!

If you are suffering from stress, fatigue, back pain, recovering from an illness, or would just like to get fit in a casual non-threatening atmosphere, email or call Elizabeth to discuss what class might suit you.
As well as a range of classes aimed at different levels, there is an advanced “yogi” class designed to challenge and strengthen your practise. Elizabeth also provides individual classes and one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions.
