WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
All you need for class is comfortable workout attire, a towel, and a water bottle. We provide cycling shoes that are specifically designed for our bikes, so there's no need to bring your own. However, if you prefer to use your own shoes, our bikes are compatible with most SPD cleats.
WHAT IF I'M NEW TO INDOOR CYCLING?
No worries! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Our experienced Cycologists will guide you through the class and offer modifications to suit your fitness level. We recommend starting with our Starter Pack, which includes 5 rides for $50, to get a feel for the classes.
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLASS?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours prior to the start time. Simply log into your account and make the changes. Please note that there are no refunds for cancelled classes.
WHAT OTHER FACILITIES DOES CYCOLOGY CLUB OFFER?
In addition to our state-of-the-art cycle studio, we also have full male and female wet and change facilities. These facilities include showers, toilets, and vanity areas for your convenience. Our Club is a cashless environment, so please make sure to bring a card or your mobile phone for payment.

That's why our Club features the Mindfuel area, where you can explore content focusing on cardiovascular and mental health publications.
Pre or post class, you can also enjoy our dedicated M3 room, which is a space for mindfulness, mobility, and meditation. Chill out, focus, and centre your day, week, or month in this tranquil space. We even offer monthly mindfulness workshops and practise Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) to help you improve your mobility.
At Cycology Club, we have a Club Code that includes disconnecting from devices, following the lead of your Cycologist, stretching before and after class, and wearing clean and appropriate attire. We believe in creating a supportive and respectful environment where everyone can thrive.
