Crossfit Gladstone

Being a purpose built CrossFit gym in Gladstone, the 300 square metres of warehouse space will be transformed into 100% CrossFit training facility. Filled with all the CrossFit Toys including our Pull-Up Rig, OLY lifting platforms, Bars and bumpers, Kettbells and everything else a CrossFitter would use.

On top of all the equipment and experience that CrossFit Gladstone has. We posses one other key aspect. CrossFit is not just for the already elite or advanced athlete. There is a lot more to CrossFit then most people realise.

Crossfit is inevitably scalable and whilst most people love watching the elite athletes pushing themselves to bodies limits. The other and possibly the most important aspect is every other CrossFitter doing CrossFit for more then that, Using CrossFit to change their Life, improving quality of Life. There are well known stories about CrossFitters losing exceptional amounts of weight and in actual fact most likely saving their own lives.
