Both men's and women's teams have produced State, Super Rugby, and International representatives in 15s and 7s Rugby. The club takes pride in the achievements of players such as Dane Haylett-Petty (Australia Wallabies, Western Force), Rebecca Clough (Australia Walleroos), and Natasha Haines (Australia Walleroos and International 7s). The coaching squad at Cottesloe includes distinguished international representatives, such as Richard Brown (Ex Australia Wallaby) and Patrick Dellit (Western Force).
