Yoga Therapy Our experienced yoga teacher offers group classes and individual sessions in Classical Yoga. Yoga therapy can help improve physical strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall wellbeing.
Herbal Medicine Our medical herbalist provides consultations and guidance on using Western herbal medicine as a natural approach to health and wellbeing. Herbal medicine can support a wide range of conditions, including those related to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and learning difficulties.
