Cycle of unhealthy patterns and promotes positive mental health and wellbeing. Our team of experienced psychologists provides individual and relationship counselling to clients of all ages.

CAN DO Programme Our CAN DO Programme is specifically designed to support children with conditions such as Asperger's, autism, ADHD, anxiety, and learning difficulties. We offer information sessions and training programmes to help children and their families navigate challenges and develop important skills for daily life.

Pain Management Living with chronic pain can be debilitating, but our pain management programme aims to provide relief and improve quality of life. Our practitioners use a multidisciplinary approach, combining psychological support, yoga therapy, and herbal medicine to address pain from a holistic standpoint.

Yoga Therapy Our experienced yoga teacher offers group classes and individual sessions in Classical Yoga. Yoga therapy can help improve physical strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall wellbeing.

Herbal Medicine Our medical herbalist provides consultations and guidance on using Western herbal medicine as a natural approach to health and wellbeing. Herbal medicine can support a wide range of conditions, including those related to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and learning difficulties.

We work with individuals, couples, families, and organisations, offering a range of services tailored to their specific needs. Our team of qualified and experienced practitioners includes psychologists, a medical herbalist, and a yoga teacher. Each practitioner brings their expertise and passion for helping others to the Centre for Healthy Living.
