At Catapult Strength and Conditioning we are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals whether it be to run your first marathon, compete in your first triathlon, do your first games day or just increase your own base level of fitness.
Many our members have interests in mountain biking, hiking, soccer, cycling, gymnastics, kayaking, and outrigger canoeing and use our strength and conditioning programming to help with their other chosen sports and pastimes.
All exercises and movements are scalable whether it be load, range of motion etc.
Training is offered to all – from teenage through to masters and all between.
We are nothing like your typical gym. The only machines we have are Concept2 rowers and a ski erg along with the Assault Air Bike. We have plenty of dumbells, kettlebells, wallballs, skipping ropes, slam balls and two pullup rigs.
