Our trampoline classes take place at the Douglas Pickering Pavilion at St Ives Showground, 450 Mona Vale Road St Ives on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4.30pm and 8pm.
Ku-Ring-Gai Trampoline Club Coaches are David Armston, Ruth Tanner, Nadine Foley, Oliver Ritchie, Holly Myers, Danielle Butt, Sarah Wilson and Oliver Meade.
Coaches are Gymnastics Australia accredited.
Our Trampoline classes are for various ages and abilities – trampolining lessons and coaching for beginners, intermediate and advanced performers using the Australian Levels programme and routines.
Trampoline Tryout Classes – come and join us!
Tryouts are for one hour on Tuesdays at 5pm, 6pm or 7pm or Thursdays at 430pm, 530pm or 630pm.
