Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre (CHFAC) is located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154 and can be reached at (02) 9846 1200. It is owned and operated by Castle Hill RSL Group.

CHFAC is one of the largest Fitness, Swimming, and Gymnastics facilities in Australia. The centre boasts state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, making it a go-to destination for fitness enthusiasts in Sydney.

For fitness enthusiasts, CHFAC offers a variety of programmes and classes to cater to all levels of fitness. From high-intensity workouts such as Boxing Fitness, HiLo Funk, and Wingman Workouts to more holistic classes, there is something for everyone. The centre also offers Les Mills classes, which are known for their high-energy and effective workouts. Personal training sessions are available for those who want more personalised guidance and support.

Swimming enthusiasts can take advantage of the centre's Aquatic Centre, which features an 8 lane 25m pool, a Programme pool, and a separate Aqua Fitness Pool. CHFAC offers a range of swimming programmes, including Adult Swimming Lessons, Squads, Parents & Babies classes, and Learn to Swim programmes for all ages.

Gymnastics is a popular activity at CHFAC, and the centre has a state-of-the-art gymnastics centre. They offer programmes for all ages and skill levels, including competitive gymnastics for both men and women. There are also programmes for seniors, acrobatics for dancers, teens gymnastics, and babygym & kindergym to cater to younger participants. During the school holidays, CHFAC offers acrobatics and gymnastics programmes to keep kids active and entertained.

Aside from their extensive range of programmes and classes, CHFAC offers an online booking system for convenience. They also have a Crèche, which is free for Castle Hill Fitness members.

The centre's trading hours are as follows: Fitness – Monday to Friday: 5am to 11pm, Saturday to Sunday: 7am to 6pm; Swimming – Monday to Friday: 7am to 9:30pm, Saturday to Sunday: 7am to 6pm.
