Welcome to New Beginning Performance, a top sports club located in Sydney. At New Beginning Performance, our goal is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself through our Nutrition & Fitness Coaching programmes. Whether you prefer virtual or in-person training, we have customised plans available to suit your needs and goals.

Our experienced Nutrition & Fitness Coaches work with you to create a simple and sustainable plan tailored to your specific goals. We believe in providing accountability and support to ensure you achieve the best results. Our coaches are certified in CrossFit® L1, L2, weightlifting, gymnastics, and kids training. They hold Certificate 3 & 4 in personal training, have a working with children check, and are trained in first aid.

Our coaches are always ready to motivate, offer advice, and guide you in your fitness journey.

Getting started with New Beginning Performance is easy. Simply complete our online waiver and one of our Coaches will be in touch to book you in for a consultation. During your consultation, our Coaches will work with you to create a customised nutrition and fitness plan. Once your plan is in place, it's time to put it into action and start your journey towards your goals.

Your Coach will be with you every step of the way, making adjustments and providing guidance as needed.
