CHFAC is one of the largest Fitness, Swimming, and Gymnastics facilities in Australia. The centre boasts state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, making it a go-to destination for fitness enthusiasts in Sydney.
For fitness enthusiasts, CHFAC offers a variety of programmes and classes to cater to all levels of fitness. From high-intensity workouts such as Boxing Fitness, HiLo Funk, and Wingman Workouts to more holistic classes, there is something for everyone. Swimming enthusiasts can take advantage of the centre's Aquatic Centre, which features an 8 lane 25m pool, a Programme pool, and a separate Aqua Fitness Pool. Gymnastics is a popular activity at CHFAC, and the centre has a state-of-the-art gymnastics centre. The centre's trading hours are as follows: Fitness – Monday to Friday: 5am to 11pm, Saturday to Sunday: 7am to 6pm; Swimming – Monday to Friday: 7am to 9:30pm, Saturday to Sunday: 7am to 6pm.
