Capoeira Beribazu - Yeronga is a sports club located in Brisbane, Australia. We are dedicated to teaching and promoting the Afro-Brazilian art-form of Capoeira, which combines elements of martial arts, musicality, rhythm, and acrobatics. Our club is a part of Group Beribazu, which was founded in Brazil in 1972 and has been spreading the art of Capoeira ever since.
Our team of instructors, including Pequeno, Deia, and Papagaio, have years of experience in Capoeira and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with students of all ages and skill levels. We welcome and encourage everyone to join our classes, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners.
In addition to our classes in Brisbane, starting from January 23, 2024, we will also be offering classes on the Gold Coast. This expansion allows us to reach a wider audience and provide more opportunities for people to learn and practise Capoeira.
We offer free trials for both our Brisbane and Gold Coast classes, making it easy for first-timers to come and experience the unique and exciting world of Capoeira. Our classes cater to teens, adults, and kids, ensuring that there is something for everyone in our community.

Our classes in Brisbane are held at Yeronga Uniting Church on Mondays and Wednesdays, while our Gold Coast classes, starting in January 2024, will be held at Gecko Environment Council on Tuesdays.
