The difference between us and other Barbell Clubs is that – yes, we aren't current or former Commonwealth games athletes. We are Coaches, whilst we love training ourselves, our passion is unlocking the potential of others. We pride ourselves in the pursuit of knowledge and movement efficiency and applying that knowledge to our Athletes. And it is our athletes achievements, that speak for our Coaching.
