Suprafit Training Studio is a comprehensive training facility located in Forest Hill, Melbourne. With a focus on strength, functional training, boxing, and yoga, Suprafit is dedicated to providing clients with holistic and comprehensive fitness training to establish a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle. Suprafit boasts a team of experienced and qualified trainers who are experts in their respective fields.
- Changke Li: A registered occupational therapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation. He is also a registered fitness instructor with 7 years of teaching experience and is a weightlifter for the Phoenix Weightlifting Club.
- Tommy Lin: A Ph. D. in Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, Tommy is a registered fitness instructor specialising in sports performance. He is also a certified CSCS performance specialist and a rehabilitation trainer.
- Zhe Cheng: Currently a performance coach at the UFC Shanghai Sports Performance Centre, Zhe is a certified ASCA coach and a registered fitness instructor with over eight years of teaching experience. Furthermore, he has won three silver medals at the Australian Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships and has been invited to become a Golden Key Honour Society member.
