BodyMindLife Yoga & Pilates was created from our love, curiosity, and passion for the journey inwards. Through dynamic vinyasa and yin yoga, Pilates Reformer classes and meditation, we aim to balance the body, calm the mind and reduce the stress of busy city living.

Our light and airy studios are purpose built to provide a healing and nourishing space, with qualified Wellness Centre practitioners on hand to enhance our holistic approach to health.
