Classes for people of all levels and ages. Our timetable is designed to accommodate various schedules and commitments. We are open from 4pm to 9pm on weekdays and from 9:30am to 3:30pm on Saturdays. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced practitioner seeking to refine your skills, we have classes suitable for you.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for growth and improvement.

GFTeam Bondi takes pride in being a part of the GFTeam (Grappling Fight Team) family. GFTeam, founded by Master Julio Cesar Pereira, is one of the most respected Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teams in the world. Formerly known as Universidade Gama Filho (UGF), GFTeam has achieved great success in Brazil since the 1990s. The team has made a name for itself through outstanding international results and the development of high-level grappling fighters and world champions.

Master Julio Cesar Pereira, a highly regarded Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor and a 7th Degree Jiu Jitsu Coral Belt holder, has trained numerous champions all around the world.

At GFTeam Bondi, our instructors are not only accomplished athletes but also skilled coaches. They have a deep understanding of various styles and strengths in Jiu Jitsu, enabling them to take each individual's game to the next level. Michael Stockl, the founder and owner of GFTeam Bondi, holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He is also a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer.

His passion for teaching and sharing his knowledge is evident in his dedication to his students.

Diego Barreto, the head of GFTeam NSW, is another valuable member of our team. Holding a 2nd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a 4th-degree black belt in Judo, Diego brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school. He has an impressive background in both disciplines, having been a former member of the Brazilian National Judo team and the Australian National Judo team. Diego also instructs at two other GFTeam affiliates, Zenbu Judo and Jiu Jitsu in Olympic Park, and Grappling Bros (GFTeam) Wollongong.
