At Fahrenheit, you can enjoy daily Bikram Yoga classes and Hot Pilates classes six days a week. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, there is something for everyone. The studio offers a New Student Intro Pass, which includes 14 days of unlimited classes for only $59. It's a great way to experience the benefits of Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates and become part of the Fahrenheit Family.
For those new to Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates, Fahrenheit provides top tips to ensure a positive experience and encourage you to come back for more. The studio offers two types of Bikram Yoga classes: Bikram 90 and Express 60. Bikram 90 is a traditional 90-minute class consisting of 26 therapeutic Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, practised in a room heated to approximately 40 °C. Express 60 is a faster-paced 60-minute class that will get you hot and sweaty in no time.
Both classes are practised in a heated room to enhance the practise.
Hot Pilates classes at Fahrenheit are practised in a room heated to 34 °C. Combining Pilates Principles with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Hot Pilates is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energised and strong.
