Bikram Yoga Peninsula

It is a precise series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practised for 90 minutes in a room heated to 40 °C with 40% humidity.

The Bikram Yoga series was designed to create optimal physical and emotional health and is suitable for students of all levels of fitness, abilities, and states of health. The practise is quite unique – accessible to those people who have never practised yoga before, yet strong enough to challenge the seasoned athlete. Yoga is an ancient, holistic healing practise and many people who practise Bikram Yoga do so because of the health and well-being benefits they experience.
