This class runs for 90 minutes and incorporates asana (postures), shavasana (deep relaxation) and meditation practice.The beginner to intermediate class is suitable for those who are of a reasonable level of fitness. Building a strong foundation this class encourages the student to explore and deepen their practice in a safe and friendly environment. Guided to work at their own level, studying their own body’s capacity enables the student to progress to their full potential.
