Anahata Yoga offers a diverse and dynamic timetable of classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner looking to try yoga for the first time or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practise, there is something for everyone. Classes are taught by Paula Wybrow, a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience.

The classes at Anahata Yoga incorporate various elements to promote holistic wellbeing. Asana, or postures and stretches, help to release tension and increase flexibility, strength, and awareness in the body. Pranayama, or yogic breathing techniques, enhance breath awareness and encourage the free flow of vital life force energy. Relaxation and meditation practises cultivate mental and emotional calmness, clarity, and inner peace.

Yoga is not just a physical practise but a complete system that addresses the body, mind, and spirit. It can help with the management of various diseases and ailments by addressing their physical manifestations as well as possible underlying causes such as unresolved emotional issues, past traumas, and limiting beliefs. Yoga provides tools to manage stress, improve energy levels, and enhance enjoyment of life.

Anahata Yoga classes are held in Frankston and Mt Eliza, Victoria, Australia. The locations provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for practise. To book a class or make an inquiry, you can call or text Paula Wybrow or send an email. The Term 4 timetable is currently available, with limited spaces still available.

In addition to regular classes, Anahata Yoga also hosts events such as meditation sessions and kirtan, devotional chanting, to further nourish the mind, body, and spirit. These events offer opportunities for community connexion and spiritual growth.

At Anahata Yoga, the focus is on creating health, harmony, and happiness. Through the practise of yoga, individuals can experience improved overall wellbeing and uncover their true nature of peace, joy, and wisdom. Join Anahata Yoga and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and self-care.
