Fitness journey with 9Round Thornhill as a member in 2019. I fell in love with the workout and the sense of community at the gym. After achieving my fitness goals, I decided to become a trainer to help others on their fitness journey. My favourite part of training is pushing members past their limits and seeing them achieve their goals.

With convenient hours of operation, we offer a unique kickboxing circuit training experience that is sure to get you in the best shape of your life. Our lead trainer, Lanny “ONE PUNCH,” is a 9Round Certified Trainer with a black belt in martial arts. With over 10 years of martial arts experience, Lanny is passionate about MMA and fitness, providing members with an intense and effective workout every time. Our trainer Afi, also known as “VIRTUOSA,” is dedicated to pushing members past their limits and helping them reach their full potential.
