After achieving my fitness goals, I decided to become a trainer to help others on their fitness journey. Our lead trainer, Lanny “ONE PUNCH,” is a 9Round Certified Trainer with a black belt in martial arts. With over 10 years of martial arts experience, Lanny is passionate about MMA and fitness, providing members with an intense and effective workout every time. Our trainer Afi, also known as “VIRTUOSA,” is dedicated to pushing members past their limits and helping them reach their full potential.
