At Zone Fitness, we offer over 50 classes every week, catering to varying levels of ability, strength, and tempo. Whether you're into high-intensity workouts or prefer something more relaxing, we have a class for you. Casual class payments are available, or you can enjoy unlimited access to classes with our gym membership. Please note that some specialist courses may be subject to a surcharge.

Finding the right personal trainer is crucial to achieving your fitness goals. That's why we have ten fully trained and qualified personal trainers with different expertise and styles. Choose the trainer who will best help you get the results you want.

Conveniently located on Pride Parkway, East Road, Sleaford, our gym is open Monday to Thursday from 7am to 9:30pm, Friday from 7am to 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 2pm.

We also offer a comprehensive selection of boxing equipment, including bags, glove pads, skipping ropes, battle ropes, and agility ladders.
