Gravity Yoga Uk, a local Yoga club in Kettering, is excited to promote an upcoming Yoga event called Zero Gravity Pilates, also known as Aerial Pilates. This unique class combines traditional pilates and barre with a suspended hammock, creating an antigravity experience like no other.
