At ZagYoga Iyengar Studio, located in Sheffield, New Zealand, our goal is to make the power of yoga accessible to as many people as possible, and to have it become an integral part of their daily lives.
We take pride in creating a sense of community rather than competition within our studio. Our vision is not to be the biggest yoga studio, but to be the most well-known for our strong relationships with our students. We believe in transparency, simplicity, and inclusion, and strive to transform lives through the practise of yoga.

Whether you're new to Iyengar yoga, seeking strength and stability, or looking for clarity and focus in your daily life, we have a variety of class options to meet your needs.
Our yoga classes are challenging, life-changing, and fun. Led by our highly trained Iyengar yoga teachers, you can expect safe and insightful instructions. Our teachers are passionate about yoga and dedicated to sharing their knowledge. They undergo regular testing and follow the certification process set by the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the UK to ensure they meet rigorous standards.
During our yoga classes, you can expect to be guided through a progressive series of postures that aim to strengthen and tone your body, improve your balance, flexibility, and breathing, release physical and emotional tension, and enhance the flow of energy within you.
You can find our studio at Harland Works, 70 John Street, Sheffield, S2 4QU. Parking is readily available in the area, with numerous free parking spots on John St, Randall St, Arley St, and Denby St.
