With over 40 years of combined practise and teaching experience, our teachers are deeply rooted in the Iyengar tradition and are dedicated to promoting safe and sound practise.
We offer a range of classes to suit different levels of practise. Beginners can start with our Basics classes, where they can build a strong foundation and learn the fundamental poses. For those ready to progress, our General classes offer a wider range of poses and assume some prior knowledge. If you're in need of relaxation and rejuvenation, our Rest and Restore class focuses on breath work and provides a serene counterbalance to the more dynamic posture-based classes.
We also offer Gentle Hatha classes, perfect for seniors or anyone in need of a slower pace.
