Welcome to Yummy Yoga, London's dedicated yoga studio for mums-to-be and new mums. Founded by Ananti Shah, a mother of two with 25 years of yoga experience, Yummy Yoga offers classes tailored for women at different stages of motherhood.

All Yummy Yoga instructors are trained in general and ante-natal yoga. Classes are available in Rickmansworth, Bushey, and Harrow, offering pregnancy (pre-natal and ante-natal) and post-natal yoga sessions, along with general hatha yoga.
