The U10 program is perfect for those aged 8-9, focusing on the FUNdamentals and Foundations stage of the Long Term Athlete Development plan. Get ready to learn the basics of sprint canoe and kayak, water safety, and overall physical literacy in a fun and engaging setting.
For those aged 10-11, the U12 program is tailored to the FUNdamentals and Foundations, and Learning to Train stages. Develop your skills in beginner to intermediate techniques, build teamwork abilities, and fine-tune your fitness levels while preparing for races.
Ages 12-13 can join the U14 program, where the focus shifts to the Training to Train stage. This program will push you to learn advanced techniques, improve your physical fitness, prepare for races, set goals, monitor nutrition, and practice self-care strategies.
