Your Yoga Limited is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, New Zealand. Led by Victoria, a passionate and experienced Yoga Alliance Qualified Teacher, the studio offers Vinyasa yoga classes for all levels of experience and fitness.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronises movement with breath. In Victoria's classes, you will be guided through a sequence of poses, seamlessly transitioning from one to another, while maintaining a steady and focused breath. The classes are energising, challenging, and above all, fun.

Each class begins with balancing breath work, allowing you to find a sense of calm and focus before diving into the sequences. The linked sequences will help increase your flexibility, balance, and strength, while also improving your overall technique and alignment. As the class progresses, you will melt into deep stretches and cooling postures, and finally, find a peaceful and rejuvenating final relaxation.

At Your Yoga Limited, Victoria believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their starting point or motivation for coming to the mat. Whether you are a beginner looking to try out yoga for the first time, or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practise, variations, and modifications to poses are always offered to cater to individual needs and abilities. Both group lessons and private tuition options are available, allowing for personalised attention and guidance.
