The founder and teacher of Your Own Yoga is Paula Vintiner, who has been a student of movement since childhood. Paula discovered yoga as a means to move with consciousness and care in her mid-late 30s. Inspired by the teachings of Krishnamacharya, Paula believes that yoga is accessible to everyone and should be explored with personal wisdom and self-honouring. When she is not teaching, Paula can be found baking bread, enjoying meals with her husband, or relaxing in the garden with their retired greyhound.
Your Own Yoga also has other talented teachers, including Tess Brown and Lauren Albans. Tess specialises in Yin and Koh, while Lauren offers Cacao & Sound Journeys. Both teachers bring their unique expertise and passion to create enriching and transformative experiences for students.
