Yogitribe Gym, located in Sevenoaks, offers a unique and holistic approach to fitness through the practise of yoga. Jess, the owner and instructor, believes that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a way of life. With a passion for yoga, she aims to share her love for the practise by offering a variety of classes and workshops.

Jessica's journey with yoga began in 2003 when she was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa by Mark Freeth. She continued to explore different styles and in 2013, started practising traditional Hatha with David Goldring. In 2014, she furthered her training at the Freestyle Yoga Company in Tunbridge Wells. Seeking more knowledge, she travelled to Budokon University in Miami in 2015 where she achieved her 200-hour Budokon Yoga teacher training certification.

In addition to yoga, Jessica has also gained certificates in massage, Rainbow children's yoga, and Pre and Post Natal Yoga with Katy Appleton. With her extensive training and qualifications, she offers a wide range of classes and services. Whether it's private classes, global retreats, school work, group classes for adults and kids, or workshops, Yogitribe has something for everyone.

By attending Jess's classes, members can expect to experience increased strength, flexibility, agility, control, and flow. The practise of yoga also helps to cultivate mindfulness and awareness in daily life. Jess encourages her students to be present and conscious of their movements both on and off the mat. This translates into a more positive and graceful outlook, allowing members to carry the disciplines learned in class into their everyday lives.
