Yoga with Sang

Welcome to Yoga with Sang, located in Rockingham, Western Australia. Sang is a knowledgeable and experienced Yoga Instructor who is deeply rooted in two Tantric Traditions – Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga from the lineage of Srividya & Satya Loka Shivoham Tantra, as well as Kashmir Shaivism & Buddhism. She has been trained by renowned International Tantra Yoga Teachers Brad Hay, Radasi, and Yorgos, with lineages passed down by the Himalayan Traditions.

At Yoga with Sang, the aim is to make the practise of yoga accessible, joyful, and an integral part of people's busy lives. Sang's expertise lies in combining Traditional Tantra & Ayurveda to create a complete holistic system. She is not only a Yoga Instructor, but also an Ayurvedic Yoga Practitioner, Ayurvedic Specialist, and Detoxification Therapist.

Yoga is both a spiritual and physical practise that originated in India. It is a form of meditation that enhances one's health and spirit. Through Sang's guidance, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. She is dedicated to sharing the ancient traditions and embodying the teachings to her aspiring students.

In addition to regular yoga classes, Yoga with Sang also offers special events and retreats. These include Stacey's Loop Hike – Champagne & Antipastos, a Yoga wellness retreat with a DJ, and Rockingham's 3rd Mini Yoga Festival.
