Sam from Yoga with Sam in Northampton is here to help athletes find some balance and relief. As an experienced yoga instructor, Sam runs classes at Caroline Chisholm School in Wootton, Northampton, specialising in a gentle, no-nonsense approach that's perfect for everyone, regardless of their background or belief.
If you’re feeling the strain from your training and need to unwind, Sam’s classes are just what you need. She believes yoga can help you reset both mind and body, offering that much-needed time to recharge in our busy lives.
Classes for adults are on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm in the Primary School Hall at Caroline Chisholm School on Wooldale Road, with plenty of parking available. Open to anyone aged 18 and up, bring along your yoga mat, belt, blanket, and wear something comfy like tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt. A jumper is also a good idea if you tend to feel the chill.
Sam's classes welcome all fitness levels, so whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, she’s excited to help you. Yoga with Sam is great for general wellbeing and complements your other training. Perfect for runners needing a good stretch or weightlifters aiming to improve posture and prevent injury.
