The studio is equipped with underfloor heating, maintaining a warm atmosphere of 32-35 degrees Celsius, ensuring you can fully engage in your practice.
Maria, our dedicated instructor, conducts all classes. While Chloe is on maternity leave, Maria's expertise and passion for yoga ensure a welcoming and peaceful environment.

Our hot yoga classes are accessible to all, following the belief that “Yoga is not for the flexible, it is for the willing.” The intimate studio accommodates up to 10 participants, offering personalised attention. There is no sign-up fee, and classes are on a pay-as-you-go basis.
We ask that you avoid bringing shoes or phones into the studio; cubby holes are provided for your belongings. Doors open 10 minutes before each class, and we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Hot yoga classes with Maria are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings (during term time), with a Friday morning session to start the weekend fresh.
Each class costs £10, aiming to make yoga accessible to all. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and water for hydration.
