Experience motherhood myself), I turned to yoga to find solace. Through my own personal journey, I discovered the transformative power of Scaravelli inspired and Somatic yoga.

My approach to teaching yoga is deeply rooted in the principles of biotensegrity and neuroplasticity. I believe in a deeper and gentler approach to healthy movement, one that creates lasting solutions rather than quick fixes. With my Scaravelli inspired and Somatic yoga classes, I aim to rewire your nervous system, reverse negative habitual patterns, and restore your natural equilibrium.

Intuitive Yoga, the unique style of yoga that I have developed, is a therapeutic approach that combines somatic practises and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. It is a natural and fluid form of yoga that invites you to listen to your body, giving it the space and attention it needs to heal and find balance. In my classes, whether in a small group setting or in private sessions, I create a friendly and welcoming environment where everybody is welcome.

I believe that there are no shortcuts to true transformation. Intuitive Yoga is a slow and deep process that requires patience and attention. Through small, deep, and slower movements, my students learn to peel back the layers, giving their bodies a voice and creating deep connexions to their internal landscapes. I have witnessed incredible transformations in my students as they rediscover the joy of truly being alive in their bodies.
