Experience a joyful childhood myself), I would turn to yoga as my refuge. Yoga became a lifeline for me, enabling me to navigate through the challenges of life with more ease and resilience. This personal journey sparked my passion to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
In my yoga classes, I combine elements of Scaravelli inspired yoga and Somatic yoga to provide a unique and therapeutic experience for my students. Drawing from the principles of modern biotensegrity and neuroplasticity, I offer a deeper and gentler approach to healthy movement. This approach aims to release persistent tension, alleviate pain, increase mobility, reduce fatigue, and support emotional well-being.
My teaching style is rooted in the belief that the body is not meant to be bossed around or forced into unnatural extremes. Instead, I guide my students to develop a deep connexion with their internal landscape, listening to the wisdom of their bodies. Through slow and mindful movements, we work together to rewire the nervous system and reverse negative patterns, allowing the body and mind to restore their natural equilibrium.
ServicesI offer a range of yoga services to cater to different needs and preferences. Small group classes provide a supportive and welcoming environment for students to explore their practise alongside others. Private yoga sessions allow for individual attention and a tailored approach, ensuring that each student's unique needs and goals are addressed.
For those who prefer the convenience of practising from home, I also offer online yoga classes. These virtual sessions provide flexibility and accessibility, allowing students to experience the benefits of yoga from the comfort of their own space.
